The ALS Association has joined with Muze Clothing to create and market a special shirt with a hopeful message to boost awareness and raise money to fight Lou Gehrig's Disease, and was designed by hundreds of people touched by this illness.

For this campaign, the line from the hit movie Shawshank Redemption, “Hope is a Good Thing,” was chosen.  Over 400 submissions were received on what "Hope" meant to them, and has been realized in the center of the graphic of the shirt, where the submissions were placed within the words "Hope".
